HR Operations Analyst

We are seeking a HR Operations Analyst to help track and drive HR transformation projects, including HR operations, policy development and compliance. To succeed in this entry-level HR role, you must have a passion for business process efficiency, a strong willingness and ability to take ownership on team projects, and acute attention to detail. This role interfaces with US and international HR teams and reports to the Sr. HRBP.

Responsibilities:

• Drive HR policy improvement efforts by tracking project milestones and facilitating collaborative discussions between multiple teams;
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows to maintain efficient HR operations;
• Assist with communication, implementation and change management of various programs and initiatives;
• Support HR operational and administrative needs; and
• Perform other HR responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a high technology company
• Natural problem-solver and bridge-builder with the ability to navigate challenges, build credibility, and effectively communicate with all position levels; change management experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Detailed-oriented, with strong organizational, time, and project management skills.
• Proficient English writing and editing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate HR principles and practices in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
• Quick learner and a team player who is willing and happy to wear many hats.
