About the Role:

Twisted Sisters Cafe in Farmersville, TX is looking for a friendly and energetic Waitress to join our team! If you love connecting with people and delivering a great dining experience, this is the place for you. Come be part of a fun, welcoming cafe atmosphere where great food meets great service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly manner to create a welcoming dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and presentation
• Check in with tables throughout the meal to ensure guest satisfaction
• Process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and provide correct change
• Keep tables clean and reset for incoming guests in a timely manner
• Communicate daily specials, menu items, and allergen information to guests

Requirements:

• Previous waitstaff, server, or food service experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced cafe environment
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
